The location of this venue is perfect for nearby activities. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, staff was super friendly, and check-in and check-out was speedy. Shoutout to Emma who worked super hard keeping the breakfast area clean and well supplied! We were there for a festival, and the group of us were eating the faster than she could make it but she was trying to defy the odds and keep it coming. The food was delicious, and the pancake maker was awesome! All food was fresh and readily made. We definitely plan to return!

Location was easy to access, staff was friendly, and room was average in comfort and appointment. We would stay here again if traveling in the area.

Property location was great, as we were visiting family in the town. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, despite our midnight arrival. Breakfast was bountiful, with a great variety of breakfast items to satisfy any taste. Room was clean. It had a strange smell, but it wasn't too bad.

Loved this place on our stopover when travelling down California, as we are desert lovers we liked the location but road closure in Death Valley spoiled our plans. Staff were lovely and friendly. An excellent breakfast was provided, the breakfast room staff deserve a mention as they were always on the go checking everything. Room was as expected and we have no complaints.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we weren’t happy with the size and setup of our room they took the time to show us one of the other available rooms more to our liking and moved us at no extra cost.

Customer service was GREAT!!! OUTSTANDING. I dont remember the woman's name that checked me in, I believe her name began w a "V" (I regret not asking her) and the woman at check out was GREAT as well. I was very pleased w the way I was treated.

My wife and I enjoyed a really lovely overnight stop on our way from Monterey to Las Vegas. This Best Western California City Inn was obviously very convenient located for our journey. Room was huge! with a whirl pool bath in addition to a separate bath/shower toilet in an adjoining room. Bed lovely and comfortable. The room had a microwave which we used and were very grateful for. The next morning, breakfast was buffet style in a communal dining room - again very good, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles - and coffee that hit the mark! And to top it all, staff were all very polite and helpful to us as tourists. I should also ad the hotel was very clean. Very impressed - very unlikely I'll return as I live England and probably won't visit California again (sadly) but I would easily recommend this hotel to tourists like us, a wonderful comfortable hotel - thank you to all concerned

Breakfast was good and I loved the tea & coffee facility that was open 24/7. The room was okay, bed comfy, lady at the front desk nice and the gym facilities worked.

Jasper from the front desk is exceptional! He is considerate and very knowledgeable. Best Western is very lucky to have him. All the staff were accommodating and helful! Our room was clean and nicely furnished. We were on the 3rd floor and really appreciated the two elevators. The shower was awesome with preloaded shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
